How to order on NatureAZ.com

You can order directly from the NatureAZ.com website 24 hours a day. Simply click on the Add to Cart button to the right of the products you are interested in.

You can also contact our Customer Service department by phone on +33 (0) 4 66 47 70 32, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12.30pm and 1’h30 to 6pm. Our team will be happy to help you place your order or answer any questions you may have.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose from 5 payment methods:

  1. Credit card
  2. Check
  3. Bancontact (for Belgian customers)
  4. Google Pay
  5. Apple Pay on iPhone

For orders placed by cheque, the order is processed as soon as the cheque is received, provided that the products are in stock. Make the check payable to LABORATOIRE NATURE AZ , which is the company name, and write the order number on the back. Then send it to the following address

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders placed before 10.45 am are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10.45 am are dispatched the next day.
Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays.
Orders placed on Fridays after 10.45am are dispatched on Monday mornings.
For payments by cheque, the order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque is received.

It takes 1 to 3 days after dispatch to receive your product, on average 2 days.
An order tracking code will be sent to you by e-mail to track your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €49 within France. For lower order amounts, the charge is €6. They correspond to standard delivery in 2 to 3 days. For other countries, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Here’s how to reset your password:

  • Click on the Login tab at the top right of the page.
  • Then click on the Forgotten password field in the open window.
  • Enter your e-mail address in the field provided,
  • Click on Validate
  • In your inbox, open the e-mail with the subject “NatureAZ.com: change your password”,
  • Click on the link I want to change my password.
  • Enter your new password and click on Validate.

You can now access your customer account again!

The product I received is damaged or open. What should I do?

Take photos of the damaged or opened product and send them by e-mail to contact@natureaz.com or via our contact form. Don’t forget to include the order number.

Are all your products organic?

We work with mostly small farms that supply us with plant extracts. Some can’t afford organic certification, so we don’t label all our products organic. But we assure you that we do our utmost to buy organic plants whenever possible.

Are all your products made in France?

All our products are made, inspected and packaged in France, in our ECOCERT-certified laboratory in Recoules d’Aubrac, Lozère. Not all our plants are produced in France, but buying French whenever possible is our priority.
